Our Rewards Program is an exclusive loyalty system designed to enhance your shopping experience. Earn points through purchases and special activities, then redeem them for discounts, exclusive products, and other benefits. It's our way of saying thank you for your continued support.
Membership is automatic and completely free! Simply create an account or place your first order, and you'll instantly become part of our rewards community. No additional sign-up steps required.
The program starts with a ratio is 1:1, which means you earn 1 point for each euro you spend in the shop. You can earn up to 2 points per each EUR spent in completed orders.
Please see below how many points are earned in each tier and the amount of EUR spent in completed orders required to achieve a specific level.
Bronze: Free - Earn 1 point x EUR spent
Bronze Plus: Requires 250 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1 point x EUR spent
Silver: Requires 500 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,25 points x EUR spent
Gold: Requires 3000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,5 points x EUR spent
Platinum: Requires 7000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 1,75 points x EUR spent
Diamond: Requires 12000 EUR in completed orders - Earn 2 points x EUR spent

Starting January 1, 2026, points are valid for 12 months and expire every December 31. The points you collected in 2025 will carry over into next year and, if not used, will reset on December 31, 2026.

Our intention is not to change the rewards too often. However if needed, we reserve the right to change the rewards offered in the program at any point in time, and to add, change or delete rewards.
When you claim your reward the system will take points from your loyalty program account. The reward will still be available for you under the section "Rewards -You have the following rewards ready to use" on your loyalty program page. You need to click again on the reward and apply the reward to your account in order to add the coupon. After that you can proceed with adding your item and checkout.
Another case in which points could decrease is if we have cancelled the order or you asked for cancellation. We will take off the points earned for that specific order that was cancelled.

It is not possible to change the reward once you choose it. Please be sure of what you click and choose as that action can not be reversed and the system will decrease the amount of points in your account.
If the loyalty program needs to be discontinued, we will notify you 2 to 4 weeks in advance and offer you the opportunity to redeem your points before the program officially closes. Please check out the section "Ways to Redeem" to understand how to redeem points into discounts.
