Due to the digital and spiritual nature of the services offered on this website and because of the disclosure of the spirit’s name at purchase, all sales are final. Contact us if there's an issue.

🔹Returns of tangible items: Returns are available only for customers located in the EU. 

🔹 Self-Responsibility
You must be able to communicate with your spirit independently. The shop does not offer spirit communication training via private message. Spirit keeping requires patience, self-development, and time.

🔹 No Spirit Revoking or Post-Service Alterations
The shop does not access or remove spirits after binding, except in the case of rebinding due to vessel loss (upon request). We also offer recall and rebind self-guided instructions if needed.

Each experience varies. Spirit manifestation depends on factors like your energy, the spirit's type of energy, your psychic abilities, your mental state, and your personal effort. Results cannot be guaranteed.
